What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years’ experience in business development/ business operation/ sales operation/ program management, Deep understanding of the “Payoneer” flows, policies and decision makers, Data oriented, possesses a high level of attention to detail with analytical and business reasoning skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Proven experience of working with senior management, including C-level, Demonstrated experience working with and presenting to senior executives, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Leading global projects, from discovery to execution, Working in a dynamic environment, establishing relationships with global teams, Collecting and translating feedback from both customers and different business teams, across various touch points, identifying processes and areas that need improvements and recommending solutions to improve the business infrastructure, processes, reports, etc., End to end tracking of the business and operational metrics and delivering insights to the business and management on an ongoing basis, Establishing and maintaining cross-functional communication and working procedures with internal key stack holders
