You will own the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS environments spanning both on-premises and Azure cloud infrastructure. You will drive large-scale platform migrations, architect security and compliance frameworks, and mentor a growing team — operating at the intersection of technical depth and business impact within a globally distributed, fast-moving organization. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** • Serve as the lead administrator and strategic owner of enterprise BI platforms — Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS — across on-premises and Azure cloud environments. • Lead and coordinate the migration of SSRS reports and underlying infrastructure from SQL Server to Databricks, ensuring data integrity, business continuity, and seamless transition. • Design and implement governance policies covering audit logs, data source and gateway connections, and information protection (sensitivity labels) across all BI environments. • Direct tenant-wide configuration management, including workspace administration, licensing provisioning, and organizational settings (e.g., publishing permissions, AI visuals). • Architect and enforce da
