## Accountabilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define analytics requirements, design solutions, and deliver insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the organization. Collect, integrate, and normalize data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting systems and analytical environments. Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights and performance metrics. Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization, improved efficiency, and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring analytics outputs are aligned with business needs and effectively communicated through storytelling and presentations. Support the development of data models, forecasting approaches, and analytical frameworks that enable more informed, data-driven decision-making across teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related analytical or consultative role within a data-driven environment. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with BI tools such as Looker or similar platforms to build dashboards and reporting solutions. Solid understanding of data quality principles, including data profiling, validation, and maintaining reliable and well-documented datasets. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations for non-technical audiences.
