Full Job Description

The Telecom Business Development Manager will be responsible for providing tailored value propositions for Telco customer journey modernization leveraging GenerativeAI, Agentic AI, 1P/3P contact center solutions and GSI/ISV partners. The role requires understanding industry challenges for the consumer and business customer journey. The role is expected to deliver business outcome driven propositions along with solutions for customer in personalization, contact center modernization and substantial improvement in engagement with customers. Key job responsibilities Engage with senior Telecom CX executives and Contact Center leaders to create baseline, gap assessment and To-be state. Understand and communicate Telecom Enterprise architecture and Telephony integration. Run EBC’s and business engagements for Contact center domain Knowledge in Generative AI & Agentic AI capabilities Transform telecom contact centers. About the team AWS values diverse experiences.
