Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across target markets and industries. Generate and nurture sales pipeline by initiating conversations, scheduling qualified meetings, and supporting the transition of leads to the sales team. Communicate value propositions effectively by introducing cloud and open-source solutions in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline progress using CRM tools such as Salesforce. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion opportunities. Leverage structured sales techniques to improve customer engagement, qualification quality, and meeting conversion rates. Contribute to process improvement by sharing insights, refining prospecting approaches, and supporting scalable outbound strategies. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or outbound prospecting roles. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain high activity levels, and work independently in a target-driven environment. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), productivity suites, and basic data tracking tools. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Interest in technology, SaaS, or developer-focused products is highly desirable.
