Must Have

1–3 years of experience in business development, SDRDR, healthcare outreach, partnerships, or pipeline-generation roles, Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline and meeting targets, Business acumen, Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, Confidence engaging senior healthcare stakeholders, Strategic thinker, Data-driven, Organization and self-direction, Ability to manage multiple outreach motions and follow-up cycles effectively, Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Comfortable with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator

Nice to Have

Experience working with or selling into hospitals, health systems, or healthcare organizations, Familiarity with managed care, contracting, revenue cycle, provider/payor dynamics, or healthcare consulting, Experience engaging finance, contracting, operations, or strategy leaders within provider organizations, Exposure to consulting, analytics, or implementation-based services
