Senior Business Development Representative – Air Dominance **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a **Senior Business Development Specialist (Level 4)** to join the **Air Dominance (AD)** team in **Berkeley, MO or Arlington, VA**! This role will be responsible for Customer Engagement Integration Tools/Processes/Support which will grow into a customer-facing Business Development (BD)/Capture Team Lead (CTL) role supporting the United States Air Force (USAF) and United States Navy (USN) in the Air Dominance division. Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. **_Position Responsibilities:_** * Develops, implements and assembles documentation of data to support on-going customer engagements. * Defines short- and long-term engagement priorities, create timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives. * Works closely with business development teams, programs, and functional management to capture the voice of the customer to increase sales and gain new business for the company. * Develops and maintains a comprehensive customer engagement roadmap that aligns with product strategy, goals, and tradeshows. * Utilizes detailed understanding of both customer and Boeing needs and resources to recommend areas of alignment and integration. * Leverages company resources to support customer commitments, gain a competitive advantage, and foster business growth by developing a detailed understanding of specific Boeing products and services, process and operations, and resources. * Analyzes business alternatives to recognize customer needs in relation to the strategic direction of internal Boeing programs. * Assists in the dev
