Hub Delivery is one of Amazon's fastest-growing Last Mile channels, partnering with small business owners to deliver packages in their communities. As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will lead a regional team of field-based sales associates responsible for recruiting new Hub Delivery Partners — local small businesses that become a critical part of Amazon's Last Mile delivery network. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of sales, community engagement, and operational execution. You will own regional acquisition targets, build and develop a sales team, and serve as the connective tissue between local communities, delivery station teams, and Amazon leadership. Key job responsibilities * Lead and develop a team of field-based sales associates focused on recruiting small business owners to become Hub Delivery Partners * Own regional applicant and conversion rate targets; develop and execute strategies to build pipeline and exceed monthly goals * Partner with delivery station teams and marketing stakeholders to align acquisition objectives with volume forecasts and capacity needs * Hire, onboard, and manage performance and development of your sales team * Establish and scale best practices for pipeline management, relationship cultivation, and partner conversion * Design and deliver ongoing sales training to elevate team performance * Track and report on sales performance through Salesforce; present results and insights to Amazon leadership * Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement operational improvements that enhance both team productivity and the applicant experience * Develop programs and initiatives to reach key demographics and expand the partner base in your region About the team Hub Delivery is part of Amazon's Last Mile organization, built on a simple and compellin
