Notably, its payment solution, ShopBack Pay, offers members a convenient and rewarding payment option at checkout. ## Your Adventure Ahead Identify, pitch, and close strategic merchant partners (F&B, Retail, FMCG, Lifestyle, Services) to adopt ShopBack’s E-Receipt solution. Develop market insights, map merchant pain points, and package E-Receipt as a clear performance solution. Own full sales cycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiation, contract, onboarding handover. Build and maintain strong C-level/decision-maker relationships. Work closely with AM and Operations teams to ensure merchants achieve measurable O2O performance uplift. Support E-Receipt onboarding flow: merchant education, activation, and optimization of performance. Review data reports with merchants and translate insights into actions to drive higher ROAS and GMV. Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to enhance E-Receipt features and refine O2O value propositions.
