About the company  At Redpin we simplify life's most important payments. Buying a new property overseas can be a stressful time, especially when it comes to moving your money. Our mission is to become the solution for Real Estate payments everywhere. This role is responsible for launching Redpin within Greece. You will cultivate and develop partnerships with businesses involved in the Real Estate sector (Real estate agents, legal firms, notaries, Construction companies) into profitable long-term partnerships. About the Role We're looking for a driven and commercially sharp Senior Partner Development Executive to spearhead our launch into Greece. This is a rare opportunity to be the first on the ground — building our partner and channel ecosystem from scratch and establishing our presence in a high-potential territory. You'll work closely with the global sales and partnerships teams to define the go-to-market strategy, identify and onboard the right channel partners, and drive revenue through indirect sales motion What You'll Do Identify, engage & cultivate prospective partner relationships within the Real Estate sector. Engage with key decision makers in building strategic partnerships Pro-actively manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities Support partners with products and services and liaise with internal teams to ensure delivery in a timely manner Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to further enhance partnership opportunities and business retention Maintain consistent level of daily activity and integrity of CRM and ensuring key business metrics are being met Represent the company at local industry events, trade shows, and partner summits Feed market intelligence back to the global team to shape product and GTM decisions What You’ll Need Successful track record identifying, engaging, and developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships within the Real Estate sector.
