Bachelor's degree and 7 years' professional experience, 11 years higher education/work experience in lieu of degree, 5 years Financial Services Experience, SQL programming knowledge
Nice to Have
Master's Degree, 10 years' professional experience, Corporate Trust Experience, Knowledge of data management practices, Knowledge of Bank products, systems and workflows, Knowledge of process improvement methodology, Knowledge of business process management techniques, Proficient in pertinent project and presentation software, Advanced SQL programming knowledge, Experience with Alteryx, AI Experience and its use in Data
What You'll Do.
Manage execution of Data Management Strategy
Develop Data Management Framework
Policies and Standards
Implement Data Management Program within business unit
Provide training to business line and technology personnel
Act as Data Steward for the IS business
Facilitate data management-related working groups
Develop understanding of data management practice
Develop working knowledge of industry trends
Measure compliance with policy and standards
Identify critical data elements
Capture related metadata
Monitor data quality through KPIs/KRIs
Ensure effective data risk management
Facilitate remediation of data management-related issues
Promote usage of data management and BI tools
Analyze large data sets to derive business insights
Drive tangible business value
Understand and adhere to risk and regulatory standards
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation
Promote an environment that supports belonging
Maintain M&T internal control standards
Complete other related duties as assigned
