What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or advanced analytics, Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions, Hands-on expertise with Teradata, Python, SQL, Databricks, and cloud-based analytics platforms, Prior PBM/PBS experience and/or knowledge, Proven experience building secure, auditable data pipelines supporting legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements, Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, lineage, and documentation practices, Ability to operate independently on complex, ambiguous, and high-risk initiatives, Communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, Background in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or other regulated industries, Experience modernizing legacy analytics or reporting platforms, Familiarity with enterprise cloud architecture and data security standards
