What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Master’s degree (engineering or business school), Minimum 5 years of professional experience, previous experience in a consulting firm (strategy, transformation, operations excellence, or digital consulting), Demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional improvement or transformation projects, Fluent in English, fluent in either Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in the other language
Nice to Have
Interest in ERP tools, Industry 4. 0 or other sector related technologies is considered a plus
What You'll Do.
Lead and deliver consulting assignments
stakeholder interviews
and insight synthesis
Workshop facilitation and workshop animation with client stakeholders
and definition of implementation roadmaps
Supporting (or leading) project workstreams as part of major digital transformation programs
Contribute to a broad range of transformation topics
Projects to improve operational performance
Strategic framing and optimization of business processes
Master plan definition and implementation support
Support for implementing new solutions (ERP
…) and the associated business change
Take on project lead roles
Contribute to the growth of our consulting unit through knowledge sharing
and participation in conferences and publications
