We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Consultant to join the NICE Actimize Global Business Advisory practice. This role is focused on delivering end-to-end business advisory services to clients in the financial crime domain, driving business transformation, and maximizing the value of NICE Actimize solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with customers and prospects to provide strategic guidance, improve operational performance, and support adoption of financial crime solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping customer success, enabling business growth, and advancing NICE Actimize’s advisory capabilities. Business Advisory MBA/MSc preferred Professional certifications such as ACAMS, ICA, or CFE highly preferred Technical & Domain Expertise Strong expertise in one or more areas: AML Compliance Transaction Monitoring Sanctions Screening KYC/CDD Fraud Detection Understanding of compliance, strategy, and operations domains Knowledge of business analysis, performance management, and quality frameworks Working knowledge of databases and SQL Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Core Skills & Competencies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation skills—verbal and written Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience High level of accountability and ownership Interp
