Manage a portfolio of Delivery Service Partner owners

Provide strategic guidance to DSP owners

Facilitate solution-oriented approaches

Drive continuous improvement in financial performance

Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency

Drive continuous improvement in safety standards

Lead DSP owners through critical business phases

Provide comprehensive consultation on financial management

Provide comprehensive consultation on operational optimization

Support development of scalable business processes

Navigate program evolution

Help owners implement and adapt to strategic changes

Conduct data-driven business reviews

Deliver performance insights

Deliver competitive benchmarking analysis

Evaluate and interview potential candidates for the DSP
