Must Have

Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in high-level fast paced organizational and time-management roles, leadership and interpersonal skills, Adaptable and resilient in dynamic capable of managing shifting priorities and navigating ambiguity, written and verbal communication skills, Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher

Nice to Have

Demonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, SharePoint-based websites, and NCERTS, FEMA level 1 certified (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire)

What You'll Do.

Lead and optimize office operations

Monitor Continuity project management initiatives

Develop the NWM’s files plan

Work with division leadership on project management related activities

Manage and coordinate complex schedules

Assist the teams in setting up various team meetings

Apply broad knowledge of program and business administration practices

Maintain currency of administrative products

Assist in developing internal NCERTS staff packages

and send all taskings and reporting requirements
