Proven experience managing user, functional and technical requirements for medium to large size projects of average to significant complexity for products across their strategic channel, Advanced understanding of business analysis principles/methodologies, Ability to adapt practices to meet business climate and needs, Able to identify and contribute to the resolution of both basic and ancillary discrepancies and conflicts in application(s) requirements, Able to work closely with project team, including multiple stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and deliverables are aligned with long-term business objectives as well as project objectives, Proficient use and knowledge of engineering and project management tools, Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team or departmental setting, Experience in successful implementation of technology solutions, Demonstrated facilitation and leadership in the execution of product/concept development plans, Able to work independently with a high degree of competency, Consistent demonstration of quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization, Bachelor in Computer Science, or another relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, Agile/Scrum methodology experience, Experience with web/mobile based projects
