Design the KPIs we run the business on; Build the Looker dashboards that surface them; Own the semantic layer in LookML; Ensure the BigQuery layer is clean, complete, and accessible; Reduce ad-hoc requests by making self-service genuinely possible; Support revenue forecasts, capacity planning, and goal-setting with grounded, defensible numbers

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years in business analytics, analytics engineering, or revenue/operations analytics, Demonstrated ownership of a BI environment end-to-end, Expert SQL, Looker experience required, Comfort with BigQuery
Nice to Have
dbt, Python for analysis, Git-based workflows for LookML version control, Egyptian Arabic and English fluency strongly preferred

Partner on revenue forecasts
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work side-by-side with Revenue leaders; Work with Operations to find friction; Partner closely with our Engineering and Data teams; Data partnership with Engineering; Stakeholder enablement
Communication Scope
Explain a cohort retention curve to a non-technical commercial leader; Explain to an engineer without insulting them; Write clear documentation
