Must Have
US Citizen, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, 7-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Analyst, or Business Architect, experience surrounding Capital Planning and Investment (CPIC), skills in business process modeling, capability mapping, requirements documentation, Ability to draft clear and structured technical and business artifacts, Experience with enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, modeling software, Excellent facilitation skills, communication skills, stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience working with federal agencies, familiarity with governance frameworks, Exposure to CPIC, IITG, TBM, enterprise modernization efforts, Business architecture certifications (e. g. , from IIBA, or BAA, like CBA), CBA certification, IBAA certifications
