What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Experience within the financial services industry, Sound understanding of capital markets, Detailed knowledge of financial products, Experience across front-to-back office operations, Experience leading and facilitating requirements workshops, Experience eliciting requirements from business stakeholders, Experience translating business needs into functional specifications, Proficiency in data analysis, Proficiency in data modelling techniques, Proficiency in system interface analysis, Proficiency in system interface documentation, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computing, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
Nice to Have
Experience working with Confluence, Experience working with Jira, Experience designing business process flow diagrams, Experience in wireframing, Experience in storyboarding, Ideally within Treasury environments, Ideally within Banking / Investment Banking, Ideally within Fund Management

The postholder will play a critical role in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Analysis and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), software developers, and testing teams.
