What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry, understanding of capital markets and market standards, knowledge of financial products, Experience across front-to-back office operations, Familiarity with finance systems, Proven experience in leading and facilitating requirements workshops, Eliciting requirements from business stakeholders, Translating business needs into functional specifications, Proficiency in data analysis and data modelling techniques, Proficiency in system interface analysis and documentation
Nice to Have
Experience working with Confluence and Jira, Expertise in designing business process flow diagrams, Expertise in wireframing and storyboarding

The successful candidate will play a critical role in eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions. This role reports directly to the Head of Business Analysis and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), software developers, and testing teams.
