What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5 years working experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst on increasingly complex projects, Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis, Excellent communications skills, Experience writing requirements across both UI and back-end system changes, Experience writing standardized requirements, including user stories, business and systems specifications, business context diagrams, process diagrams, use cases and user story maps, Experience working on agile projects, or a understanding of the differences between agile and waterfall approaches, Experience developing “To–Be” processes and documenting gaps identified, Experience planning and writing test scenarios, 1 year+ experience working in financial services, JIRA and Confluence experience

Nice to Have

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Institute –Professional in Business Analysis Certification (PMI – PBA), Previous software development experience, Previous project management experience

Support end-to-end delivery of capabilities

Support enhancements to applications

Manage requirements delivery

Support impact analysis for business and technology

Perform process mapping

Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously

Drive client experience improvements

Drive operational efficiency

Meet regulatory requirements

Gather requirements for Deposits

Certificates of Deposit

Real Estate Lending products

Write comprehensive requirements for IT systems and processes

Partner with Product Owner on agile backlog quality

Obtain estimates and refine technology requirements

Assist in solution recommendations

Evaluate 3rd party vendor requirements and solutions

Partner with QE for test coverage

Rectify requirements deficiencies

Support defect triage during testing

Lead UAT/PIV testing effort

Support project status reporting

Build reusable requirements repository

Act as subject matter expert on product systems

Write training documentation

Support creation or update of process documentation

Encourage positive team culture

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work with product, technology and functional partners; Partner closely with the Product Owner; Partner closely with Application Managers, Vendor Relationship Management, and Procurement; Effective partnering with QE; Lead the UAT/PIV testing effort with business users; Partner with Process owners and procedure writing team; Foster an environment of collaboration within the project team and stakeholders; Winning together as One RBC; Collaborate effectively

Communication Scope

Excellent communications skills; Able to indirectly influence others

Waterfall project methodology, Agile project methodology, Project status reporting
