What You'll Do.
Support delivery of key projects
Lead coordination of software and system changes
Focus on business processes
Support projects and initiatives from ideation to completion
Escalate Operational Support for critical applications
Apply best practice BA methodologies
Define business and system requirements
Liaise with technical delivery teams and vendors
Facilitate stakeholder meetings
Drive project outcomes
Analyse and design solutions
Document solutions that meet business requirements
Coordinate with technical delivery/development teams and vendors
Validate and test changes
Complete testing with users and testing teams
Support Testing and Quality Assurance
Document testable requirements
Manage software changes and releases
Prepare delivery and implementation plans
Manage application configurations
Plan and execute implementation/cutover activities
Evaluate planned system and software changes
Minimise risk and operation issues
Ensure changes are documented
Document existing and new processes
Promote standard operating procedures
Update team’s knowledge base and delivery templates
Provide support to systems support teams
Assist with planning and managing system implementation
Assist with user training
Assist with change and communication planning and delivery
