Must Have
3+ years BA experience delivering complex, multi‑system change, analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills, Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation, Expertise in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and solution shaping, Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, understanding of data flows and integrations, Familiarity with APIs, ETL, and data architecture concepts, Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence and LucidChart (or equivalent)
Nice to Have
Experience within healthcare, fitness or charitable sectors
