Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams, you will help drive meaningful change, uplift governance practices, and support the delivery of resilient, future-focused data capabilities. Your ability to translate these outcomes into clear, prioritised requirements, practical end-to-end processes, and business-led decisions will be central to the program's success. This role offers the opportunity to build lasting organisational capability in data governance and compliance-driven delivery. You will help develop scalable frameworks, reusable artefacts, and best-practice approaches that can be positively leveraged across multiple systems and repositories. **About the role** Reporting to our Senior Project Manager (IT Projects), you will lead end-to-end business analysis activities that enable the Data Resilience Program's delivery. Key responsibilities include: * Define and manage requirements across multiple stakeholders (IT, privacy, security, records, and business owners). * Map current and future business processes driving sensitive data accumulation. * Establish governance workflows including ownership, stewardship, certification, and escalation pathways. * Produce remediation decision packs (retain/move/purge) with traceable rationale. * Support BAU transition through runbooks, acceptance criteria, and controls t
