Must Have
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a combination of relevant experience and training, Ability to analyse complex datasets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities, Experience working on multiple business improvement initiatives simultaneously, ideally within data governance, compliance, or risk-focused programs, Experience in business process analysis, process improvement, and documenting current and future state workflows, Demonstrated experience applying project delivery methodologies and best practices across initiatives, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders, Experience producing governance artefacts, remediation decision packs, and transition documentation (runbooks, acceptance criteria, controls), Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with extensive experience developing and managing relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders

What You'll Do.
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities for the Data Resilience Program
Define and manage requirements across multiple stakeholders
Map current and future business processes driving sensitive data accumulation
Establish governance workflows including ownership
and escalation pathways
Produce remediation decision packs (retain/move/purge) with traceable rationale
Support BAU transition through runbooks
Lead root cause analysis
and current/future state process mapping
Apply modelling and analysis tools
Identify and validate functional
and transitional requirements
Collaborate on strategy assessments
requirements specifications
and feasibility studies
Ensure all processes and systems adhere to regulatory
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders

Working closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams, you will help drive meaningful change, uplift governance practices, and support the delivery of resilient, future-focused data capabilities. Your ability to translate these outcomes into clear, prioritised requirements, practical end-to-end processes, and business-led decisions will be central to the program's success.
