Experience working in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments, Ability to translate complex business objectives into clear, principles-aligned requirements, Skilled in analysing and documenting current and future-state processes, Proven capability to manage, prioritise and maintain requirements, Excellent communication, problem-solving and risk-identification skills, Confidence to work independently, Contribute effectively within cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Knowledge of end-to-end lending and mortgage processes, particularly within originations and/or servicing

Collaborate with business teams and Solution Architects; Workshops with Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, Service Designers, vendors and technology teams; Collaborate with technical teams to shape and validate system and solution designs; Building relationships with stakeholders across product, design, delivery, architecture and technology; Contribute effectively within cross-functional teams
Communication Scope
Articulate requirements to business and technical audiences; Excellent communication skills
