Senior Business Analysts understand the business and user goals of a project and provide clear requirements for the development and testing team. Working with key stakeholders, Senior Business Analysts clarify and communicate business needs, contribute to the definition and design of solutions, and ensure the alignment of business solutions and business needs. Senior Business Analysts perform activities including business process analysis, needs assessments and solution definition throughout the systems development lifecycle. Senior Business Analysts helps develop processes and methodologies to manage requirements for all stakeholders. As a Senior Business Analyst, you have experience gathering and documenting product requirements. You have worked in a variety of systems environments and have at least a general understanding of the technology considerations. You are comfortable leading workshops, working meetings and presentations. You communicate in an empathetic, positive and friendly manner with a focus on clarifying business needs and customer service.
