What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Legally authorized to work in Canada, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related equivalent experience, Minimum 8 years of SAP Finance experience, hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, specifically within FI, CO, and PS modules, Working knowledge of SAP BWOBJ reporting, BPC, and Group Reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams
Nice to Have
SAP Finance Master Data maintenance understanding, experience within the energy or oil and gas industry
What You'll Do.
Execute SAP month-end close activities
Manage FI & CO posting periods
Support General Ledger and Controlling processes
Perform key close activities
Monitor and resolve SAP job failures
Support financial reporting
Load and reconcile financial data
Ensure data integrity
Act as primary contact for SAP Finance issues
Manage incidents via ServiceNow
Perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with IT for system fixes
Drive continuous improvement
Contribute to finance transformation

Collaborate with IT to implement system fixes and enhancements; Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams
