What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of Business Analyst experience, Requirements Engineering: Expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, and backlog grooming, Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications for development teams (including offshore), Agile Ecosystem: Expert-level use of Jira and Confluence, Self-Sufficient: Capable of driving an initiative from a vague business idea to a concrete functional specification, Analytical Mindset: Ability to apply systematic analysis to large amounts of unstructured information, Collaborative: Thrives in international, cross-functional team environments, Interest and willingness to use AI is a must have
Nice to Have
Ideally within Capital Markets or Financial Services, Experience with AI is nice to have
What You'll Do.
Work closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to capture and validate complex business requirements
Develop and manage functional requirements
and detailed design specifications
Lead product demos for stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business vision
Create and manage a detailed backlog of user stories
Proactively participate in grooming and sprint planning
Act as the primary bridge for Dev and QA teams to clarify and prioritize requirements on a daily basis
