and document business

and data requirements aligned to regulatory

Produce clear and consumable artefacts such as requirements

and acceptance criteria

Identify and evaluate solution options in partnership with architects

and long‑term strategy

Design future‑state operating models and process optimisations

including test scenario definition

and defect management

Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with executives

Effectively manage senior stakeholder relationships across internal functions

and third‑party providers

Support client engagements

including discovery workshops

solution presentations

and new business opportunities

Partner with delivery

and operational teams to support initiative prioritisation

Support or lead discovery phases in line with defined delivery frameworks and governance standards

Provide ongoing support through implementation

and transition to BAU

Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis standards

and methodologies across the organisation
