Own and maintain product backlog

Balance global standardization with site-specific needs

Own end-to-end project execution for initiatives

Develop and maintain project plans

Drive execution discipline by tracking scope

Coordinate cross-functional teams for delivery

Prepare project status updates

Act as Product Owner interface between APTD and

The Package Health Business Analyst (APTD) will serve as the Product Owner for Package Health initiatives across all APTD sites. This role focuses on requirement ownership, product backlog management, project execution, and system adoption, working closely with IT and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. The analyst will also act as a advocate for new system adoption, including MES and AI-enabled solutions, driving value realization and upskilling across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1\. Requirement Ownership & Product Governance (APTD Package Health) * Act as the Product Owner for APTD Package Health digital capabilities across all sites. * Consolidate and rationalize Package Health requirements to ensure consistency, reuse, and scalability. * Own and maintain the product backlog, including prioritization aligned with APTD strategy and business value. * Define clear business requirements, epics, user stories, success metrics, and acceptance criteria. * Balance global standardization with site-specific needs through structured trade-off decisions. 2\. Project & Program Management (APTD Package Health Initiatives) * Own end-to-end project execution for APTD Package Health initiatives, from concept through deployment and stabilization. * Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers across multiple sites and stakeholders. * Drive execution discipline by tracking scope, schedule, risk
