What You'll Achieve.
Verify that all contractual requirements are fully met; Ensure delivery in accordance with the KPI Regime and best market practices; Ensure contractual and performance KPIs are met; Ensure optimization of the bus network service; Ensure SOP compliance; Ensure maintenance regime is followed; Ensure activity schedules are consistent; Ensure handover procedures are respected; Ensure technical information are shared; Ensure training on systems and access is normally supplied; Ensure testing and commissioning activities are performed transparently

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in bus operations, University Degree, Demonstrated track record of delivering large and complex operational and service led transport projects, Must be of Western nationality such as north American or European
Nice to Have
Proven organizational skills, including time management, Project management experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision, verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail
What You'll Do.
Oversee all Bus operation services and activities
Manage the contract of the Bus Operator
report and manage Bus Operator delivery
Optimize the bus network service
Ensure efficient interfaces between ITS
Oversee operations through all phases of Bus and ITS Contractors’ activities
Responsible for day to day delivery of passenger services
Champion a customer focused approach
Lead studies for network expansion
Supervises the Operations Control Centre
Produce reports for the PMS team
Compare operational data from ITS systems
Develops Crisis management procedures
Attend major incidents
Develop and track mitigations on incidents
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Ensure the interfaces between the ITS, Bus, Infrastructure, Metro O&M and other Public Transport Contractors are efficient; Coordinate special situations like crisis coordination, disaster recovery; Develop and track mitigations on incidents will be coordinated with specialists and third parties
