We are seeking a Senior Builder - Technical Program Manager to join the Agent Platform Org within RBKS. This team is building the future of data and AI agent platforms that power product development for millions of smart home devices and services worldwide. In this role, you will combine deep technical program management expertise with an AI-native mindset to drive the architecture, delivery, and adoption of agent-based platforms across the RBKS portfolio. The right candidate has a strong technical background, demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional programs, and genuine passion for AI/ML technologies. You don't just manage programs — you define the problem space, shape the technical direction, build with AI, and hold yourself and the org to the highest delivery bar. You operate across what were previously separate functional boundaries: driving architecture, writing specs, prototyping with AI agents, coordinating engineering execution, and shipping products that delight customers. Key job responsibilities * Own complex, cross-team workstreams spanning data infrastructure, business analytics, software development, and agent orchestration — defining how work gets done, not just what gets done * Drive architectural decisions and technical planning for large-scale AI agent platforms across the Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk ecosystems * Define and drive multi-quarter technical roadmaps, breaking ambiguous problems into actionable plans with clear milestones and KPIs * Anticipate bottlenecks, surface cross-team dependencies, provide escalation management, and make tradeoffs balancing customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints * Embed AI-native
