The Role LeafLink seeks a highly skilled Senior BSA/AML Analyst with deep expertise in high-risk complexity banking environments. In this role, you will own end to end financial crimes investigations across a diverse cannabis client portfolio, serving as subject matter expert on FinCEN guidance, state-level MRB regulations, and the unique typologies that emerge when embedded banking infrastructure meets federally controlled industries. This is not a routine compliance role – it requires regulatory prowess, business judgement, and the ability to operate with ambiguity.
