Must Have

Seasoned brand marketer with deep experience in gaming or entertainment, storytelling instincts, and a passion for community-first marketing. 8+ years of experience in brand marketing or product marketing within the video game industry, ideally in live-service or mobile environments. Portfolio of emotionally resonant, narrative-driven campaigns that demonstrate storytelling excellence. Deep understanding of North American gaming culture, Gen Z audiences, and community-driven ecosystems. Proven ability to act as a “player-first” marketer, with empathy for user communities and engagement dynamics. Experience working in fast-paced, experimental environments with a “test and learn” mindset. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.

Nice to Have

Experience in visual direction, copywriting, or creative production is an advantage. Familiarity with licensing, partnerships, or IP expansion is a plus.
