Must Have
MBA from Premium Business School, 10+ years of experience with significant brand marketing experience in FMCG or Consumer Health companies, Proven track record in marketing, consumer communications, and launch management, leadership and stakeholder management skills, Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
Nice to Have
Experience in OTC or oral health categories, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, commercial acumen with P&L exposure, Strategic thinker with executional rigor – capable of translating insights into impactful initiatives

Lead the Sensodyne portfolio strategy and execution
Deliver topline growth and full-year brand plans
End to end marketing role covering communication
influencer marketing and toothbrush business management and innovations development
Build a digital first end to end marketing strategy for the brand
Strategize and execute to deliver aligned brand objectives
Build the communication
media and digital strategy
Manage agency and cross-functional relationships
Collaborate and partner with sales team and customer marketing teams
Collaborate with cross functional teams
Identify and activate WIMI pilots
Drive new innovations development and in market launch plan
