Must Have
MBA from Premium Business School, 8+ years of experience with significant brand marketing experience in FMCG or Consumer Health companies, Proven track record in marketing, consumer communications, and launch management, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience in OTC or oral health categories, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, commercial acumen with P&L exposure, Strategic thinker with executional rigor – capable of translating insights into impactful initiatives, Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
