Manage Complement Portfolio (C5)
Optimize product life cycle
Build and maintain key customer relationships
Provide support to the brand
Develop and execute promotional events
Achieve Market Share objective
Facilitate development and execution of Brand promotional plan
Study and interpret market conditions
Forecast sales and market share
and evaluate HCP marketing activities
Complete product strategic and tactical Plans
Monitor implementation of plans
Identify key stakeholders and KEE
Identify patient advocacy groups
Build a collaborative plan
Track monthly performance vs budget
Analyze reasons for gaps
Complete and submit monthly summary of performance
Streamline reporting system
Re-evaluate necessity of reports
Financial Planning and forecast
Short- and long-term brand and portfolio forecast
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Build close working relationship with SLSM and Sales Representative and SFE team; Work with internal teams; Collaboration and impact across cross functional teams (Medical / Govt & corporate affairs, Key Accounts / IBEX); Build a collaborative plan to improve patient outcomes
