Must Have
5–8 years of experience in brand, graphic, or visual design roles, A portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and execution excellence, Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, Solid command of typography, layout, composition, and visual consistency, Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor junior designers
Nice to Have
Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals, Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX, Familiarity with design systems, brand libraries, and scalable templates, Experience or interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production

Execute and evolve BJAK’s UK brand identity
Adapt visual language for different UK audiences
Ensure design output aligns with UK brand standards
Maintain and refine UK brand guidelines
Ensure top-tier execution and attention to detail
Identify opportunities to improve workflows
Stay current on UK design trends
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with UK marketing, content, product, and performance teams; Partner with the Creative Manager; Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers; Support team-wide improvement through best practices; Collaborate cross-functionally
