Deliver high-quality planned preventative maintenance that ensures systems operate reliably and efficiently; resolve issues quickly and effectively; enhance performance and energy efficiency; ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure; improve system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency; Deliver technically robust solutions that minimise downtime and maximise system performance; Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust; Independently manage workload and priorities across service and project activities; Identify and convert improvement opportunities into successfully delivered works; Contribute to the growth of the regional business through technical excellence and proactive engagement

advanced diagnostic skills; deep fault finding; analytical and problem-solving ability
Participation in a 24/7 on-call rota is necessary, travel in Central London and the surrounding areas, Primary coverage area: London and surrounding region, with travel across Greater London, Sussex, Surrey, Kent and Essex, Participation in a 24/7 on-call rota, Company car or car allowance provided
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
proven experience working with BMS platforms, Experience with Trend Control Systems, Experience with Tridium / Niagara Framework, Excellent understanding of HVAC plant, building services systems, and control strategies, Demonstrable experience in commissioning, diagnostics, and system integration
Nice to Have
Experience with Distech or other major BMS platforms
What You'll Do.
Deliver high-quality planned preventative maintenance
Respond to complex reactive callouts
Carry out deep fault finding across controllers
Implement software modifications
and optimisation strategies
Commission new installations and system upgrades
Proactively identify system weaknesses
or risks and develop practical
value-driven recommendations
Prepare and present quotations for remedial works and upgrades
Plan and deliver small works projects end-to-end
Undertake panel modifications
and control system improvements
Implement integrations using open protocols
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients
Work independently across multiple sites
Participate in the out-of-hours support rota for critical system coverage
Maintain clear and accurate service documentation
