Must Have

5+ years of program or project management experience, Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, Communicate results to senior leadership, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Proven expertise in leading complex programs, Experience building and maintaining operational mechanisms at scale

Nice to Have

2+ years of driving process improvements, Master's degree, or MBA, Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal, Experience with strategic planning and OP processes, Experience in retail, grocery, or CPG industries, Experience integrating with cross-functional partners

What You'll Do.

Support the end-to-end OP process

Develop and execute work-backwards plans

Ensure strategic deliverables are completed on time

Coordinate inputs across departments

Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans

Draft and refine OP narratives

Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives

Establish and maintain project tracking systems

Establish and maintain prioritization frameworks

Manage critical escalations

Manage special strategic initiatives

Develop and refine the Rhythm of the Business

Own creation and maintenance of Rhythm of Business

Drive optimization and efficiency

Lead high-visibility business reviews

and maintain scalable mechanisms

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with leaders; Partner with functional leads; Coordinate inputs across Pricing, Consumer Research, Analytics, Data, Merchandise Presentation, and Merchandise Learning & Change; Cross-functional initiatives; Cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Operations, or Finance
