What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job, Good knowledge of and experience in Cardiology Therapeutically Area or Cardio-Metabolic/Diabetology Therapeutically Area, Analytical thinking and the ability to design and prepare a strategy for a given region and hospital, Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office), Fluency in Romanian, both in oral and written communication

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or similar, Previous experience in allocated area, Fluency in Romanian and English, both in oral and written communication, Experience in both Specialties & Primary Care selling environments, Experience in both specialties Cardiometabolic and Osteoporosis.

What You'll Do.

Maximize sales of Amgen’s products in territory

Achieves sales targets for all allocated products in assigned territories

Collaborates with manager to implement agreed POA in line with marketing strategy

deliver and periodically update Territory Action Plan for assigned territory

Implement the actions proposed in Territory Action Plan

Identifies and establishes high quality customer relationships and internal collaboration

Works within agreed budgets

Use in a compliant and timely manner all Amgen Systems

Reports daily customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customers recordings and customers' profiles are kept up to date

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborates with manager to implement agreed POA in line with marketing strategy; Identifies and establishes high quality customer relationships and internal collaboration; Engages with peers, Marketing, Medical and BUM and cross functional team to learn best practices; Evaluates progress vs. plan monthly and agrees to course corrections with manager; Contributes to developing account customer plan objectives/responsibilities

Process & Methodology

Prepare, deliver and periodically update Territory Action Plan for assigned territory, Implement the actions proposed in Territory Action Plan
