Role Purpose Our laboratories sit inside our London clinics, where patients come for whole-body preventive health screenings. They are modern, fast-paced environments, with the service continuously evolving as we grow. As Senior Biomedical Scientist, you hold senior professional responsibility for the performance of our laboratory service, ensuring every patient result is accurate, clinically appropriate, and delivered within 30 minutes. This is an autonomous role with end-to-end ownership of our biochemistry and haematology service across two of our clinic-based laboratories. You will combine deep technical and clinical expertise, quality leadership, and remote supervisory responsibility. The scope of this role is growing fast. You won't just be running our existing labs - you'll help us scale, setting up new laboratories across London and other cities in the UK. This is a hybrid role, with one day a week on-site at one of our London clinics and the remainder worked remotely. You will also take part in an on-call rota, together with the wider team.
