What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field, Minimum of 20 years of experience in Structural Engineering Modeling and Detailing, Extensive knowledge of Structural Concrete and Structural Steel Modeling and Detailing, Proficiency in 3D modeling and review tools, including Revit Structures, Tekla, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, understanding of BIM/CAD standards and ability to set up industry-standard BIM models, In-depth knowledge of project requirements such as BEP, LOIN Matrix, MIDP, MDS, NWC, and NWD, Expertise in high-rise building systems and mixed-use building structures, Ability to read and interpret multi-disciplinary drawings (Architecture, MEP, Façade, etc. ), Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring BIM teams, analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams, Experience in implementing and maintaining BIM quality control systems, Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in BIM technology, Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions and meet project goals, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
