3+ years accounting experience, 3+ years Customer Service experience, Exceptional proficiency in oral and written English

Salesforce knowledge is a plus, Netsuite knowledge is a plus, Experience communicating by phone with English speaking customers

Review and process invoices

Serve as primary point of contact

Provide exceptional support

Resolve billing discrepancies

Monitor accounts receivable aging

Follow up on outstanding balances

Reconcile billing data

Provide weekly and monthly reporting

Identify and recommend process improvements
