Provides support to travel billing team ensures data provided is in order and on timely basis. # MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES **Responsibilities include:** * Be a point of contact for all travel billing related queries Accounting team, Tax team, AP team, TERA and Vendor management team. * Support card team on queries related to CTA/BTA Air travel transactions * Support PO creation * Reconciliation of CTA/BTA statements, refunds and cancelled/unutilized tickets. * Vendor dispute resolution and follow ups * Ensure compliance, audit and cost savings * Assisting in vendor setup and global entity setup Support regional team on Travel Billing Related Initiatives Analytical skills, problem solving, MS (excel, word,); good communication (written and verbal) in English **Sound like the job you’re looking for?
