What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years direct management experience, Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, 6+ years business intelligence and analytics experience, 6+ years data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience, Experience with data visualization using QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools, Experience with R, Python, or other statistical software
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field, Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques, Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)

Manage and develop team of analysts and business
Set team priorities and ensure alignment with objectives
Facilitate team member growth and career development
Establish best practices for analytics delivery and documentation
Oversee development and maintenance of recurring reporting frameworks
Lead analysis of key performance indicators
Direct design and implementation of analytics solutions for
Ensure quality and consistency of analytical outputs
Partner with product teams throughout development lifecycle
Define success metrics and measurement approaches
Guide analytics strategy during product entitlement phases
Oversee implementation of measurement frameworks
Maintain analytics documentation and knowledge base
Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Identify opportunities for data-driven optimization
