What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering-related roles, Advanced SQL skills, Experience with data modeling, data structures, and data warehousing, Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines, Experience with data cleaning, validation, and data quality control, Ability to work with large datasets and complex business logic, Good understanding of business reporting, KPIs, and dashboard design, Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify reporting needs, Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Nice to Have
Experience with government, public sector, healthcare, finance, or other regulated domains, Python or R for data analysis, Knowledge of data governance, access control, and compliance-related reporting, Experience with Agile delivery
