You’ll play a critical part in ensuring Mastercard continues to deliver trusted, innovative, and customer‑centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence Development Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense/QlikView and Power BI. Build and optimize data models, ETL pipelines, and load scripts to support enterprise‑level analytics. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI platforms. Apply Mastercard’s visualization and governance standards to deliver high‑quality reporting assets. Troubleshoot data quality issues, performance bottlenecks, and access challenges. Document data flows, dashboard logic, and technical processes to support scalability and transparency. Product Analytics & Insights Analyze product usage and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Define and monitor KPIs, product health metrics, and success indicators aligned with Mastercard’s strategic goals. Conduct deep‑dive analyses to support roadmap decisions, feature prioritization, and business cases. Partner with product managers to design experiments (A/B tests) and interpret results.
