This role serves as a subject matter expert for day-to-day benefits support while also contributing across broader Benefits programs, including health and welfare and retirement plans. Working closely with employees, HR, managers, executives, payroll, HRIS, and external vendors, this role helps ensure leave and benefits programs are administered accurately, consistently, and in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, articulate, analytical, client-service oriented, and experienced managing complex leave matters across multiple states. **Responsibilities** * Support strategic initiatives and administrative processes related to U.S. benefits across Brookfield business segments. * Serve as a team liaison for Benefits tasks and projects, with a primary day-to-day focus on leave of absence administration while supporting all Benefits areas. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of Brookfield U.S. benefits plans and vendors, including health and welfare, leave of absence, and retirement plans. * Act as the subject matter expert and provide day-to-day administrative support on all aspects of leave, including but not limited to STD, LTD
